Mind you, I am no vet but constantly treating with an anitfungle such
as Desenex, that he's most likely ingesting as well, may be doing his
skin (rash) and organs further harm.
Is he being treated by a Vet?
The usual protocol would be drug treatment when surgery, condition ,or
age is a negative factor.
