Subject: [ferrethealth] Vulva infection, vinegar water
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I have a ferret with a mildly infected vulva. At another website I
read that an owner with 23 years of experience found cleaning it with
vinegar water much more effective than administering antibiotics
orally being that the infection is local and not systemic. Has any one
else successfully used vinegar water? If it's done 2 times a day about
how long might it take to resolve?

Thanks a lot

Jaime
