To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I have had 3 ferrets that were insulinomic and all on pred 2X a day - 12
hours apart. All prescribed by the vet. I only have one still alive and he is
almost 7 years of age now. He still gets along well, but with that and his age
he has slowed way down! He has also had other surgeries such as adrenal,
chordoma on his tail and another growth on his foot. He is such a sweet baby. He
gets his checkups and closely monitored by the vet. Yes, take your baby to a
vet as soon as you can!
Hugs,
Nancy in Louisiana
