It isn't my friend. I found the info in the answer to the second

She is referring to treating the same as I am describing. Vinegar is
a good antibacterial because few organisms survive acidic
conditions. Of course the water brings the pH up and she isn't exact
about the ratio of water to vinegar, which is why I'm posting to see
if anyone here has experience with it.

It does seem to be helping so far though. We'll see.
