Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: not eating any longer or drinking from his dish and water bottle

Unfortunately it looks like you will have to drive a bit (or a lot) to
a ferret vet outside of your area. If he is not eating or drinking, it
could be several things, all of which can be narrowed down by a blood
test, hopefully. Most vets who treat ferrets have the equipment to do
that test in-house, but some still send out the blood.

That would be my first place to start. I am sorry you're having such a
bad time with him.
