I've had 3 ferrets with adrenal and only one was
diagnosed through the use of a blood panel and
ultrasound. The other two went straight to surgery
once the hair loss started and both came through with
flying colors. Just my opinion, but if you know it is
adrenal, an ultrasound isn't necessary.
