Hi Heidi;
Where is here? Alaska or Florida?
How cold is cold? 65F or -20F?
Is your ferret naked or fully furred?
There are "clothes" for ferrets. It is often very hard to keep the clothes on the ferret. I did see where someone recommended toddler tube socks with head hole cut in the toe and arm holes cut also... they might be tight enough.. if not try infant tube socks or infant tights cut to fit.
Furry (inside) sleep sacks help with warmth.. and finally if she has fur and it's not REAL COLD, then how do you know that she's miserable? Ferrets do seem to like cold better than heat/warmth...
Good luck and let me/us know when you find a solution.
