My girlfriend, who runs a shelter, and I have both tried it, and
both had the same outcome, diarhea. Maybe you have to use it long
enough to get past that, but I didn't want to continue with the
runny poops for more than 2 days, so I stopped.
They say it's suppose to work great for kids with IBD, maybe I'll
try it again sometime.
