holiday reminder: many human treats and decorations are not for ferrets
...but the ferrets may think that they are, so keep them safe.
Remember, too, that guests do not always know that what they can
imbibe will hurt ferrets, or that ferrets burrow and also run
underfoot or into doors just as they are closing, etc.
Many thanks on this Thanksgiving Day to the vets who often work
extra long hours on Thanksgiving because of the people who sadly
have such things go wrong, often despite many precautions.
