Some of the ingredients do not OFFHAND make sense to me to give to a=20
ferret for multiple reasons that need to be checked out in case my=20
concerns are valid (including that ferret AAE -- which is=20
hyperhormonal -- is very, very, very, very different from dog adrenal=20
problems -- which are steroidal, that testicular hormones could be a=20
real mistake for a ferret who is hyperhormonal already from Adrenal=20
Associated Endocrinopathy (esp. one with prostate problems), that any=20
LH and FSH from the pituitary could worsen the hyperhormonal adrenal=20
symptoms, and that some ferrets with AAE also have insulinoma and that=20
raises the selenium concern w one yeast ingredient as an additional=20
source beyond food) but I am very short of time so check them with a=20
ferret-knowledgeable veterinarian first and look them up in some of=20
the Links in the FHL Links section and elsewhere to also discuss what=20
you find with that vet:
