Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Drinking Urine
And P.S., the first thing you think of when urine drinking crops up is
thirst/not getting enough water/etc. This is not the case here (there's always
plenty of water around for my ferrets). It's not because of thirst. Again, we
have no idea why this behavior occurs but it seems to be harmless. If anyone
is aware of any new research or conclusions regarding urine drinking in
ferrets, please pass it along.
