It's likely that if some ferrets are genetically more predisposed to
poof than others, it may also be true that some ferrets just have
more potent poof than others. If it's used as a weapon then in a
situation like many of our recent poofers came from, it may have
been survival of the rankest. And they passed on stinky genes. It
wouldn't have taken too many generations, I'm thinking.
