Panmycin has a very short shelf life and anything that is expired
really wouldn't be effective. I would recommend having a product
compounded to suit your needs. They can use doxycycline or
tetracycline compounds and make a palatable liquid for you if you
work with your vet. Hope this helps and good luck with your kids.
