I would see if I could stabilize her levels esp her PCV or Hematocrit
and then give it a try. You could also just plan to transfuse with
surgery to get her numbers up. This will make a more successful
surgery. When you address the spleen or remove it it is stressful to
the body since it holds such a large blood supply. Good Luck hope
