Subject: [ferrethealth] Insulinoma and metastasis- was: Blood Glucose checking question

My first ferret with insulinoma was- at autopsy and through histopathology-
diagnosed with a malignant insulinoma that had spread to the liver. So is
it possible that insulinoma can spread to the liver or is it more likely
that the pathology lab got it wrong?
