Certainly, not everything that causes insulinoma-like symptoms is insulinoma. Lymphoma
also can, ditto carcinoma. Both of those spread readily.

Then again, those two organs are located so near to each other and are in such constant
communication that spread between them would be easier than to a distant organ.

Can't quite wake up today because the trees are pouring our pollen; somehow I think I
would recall where the answer may be for you otherwise.
