Sounds like he has a gastric ulcer and it needs to be addressed. I
think once it is we can focus on some of the other issues because we
need the best starting point. Right now the ulcer contributes to
signs and possibly decreased appet and thus lower blood glucose.
Also The pred may make is stom worse so take care of the ulcer and
then lets talk if we still need too. Best of Luck.
