Don't have enough info. If it is a female could be adrenal causing
overproduction of estrogen and aplasitc anemia. Could also be a
bleeding ulcer, autoimmune disease, or many other things. Young
intact female also estrogen toxicity. Many possibilities. Blood
should be check too maybe even before an ultrasound. Good Luck. Hope
