Sukie's posts of Dr. Murray are the best bet. If it is adrenal the
Lupron and Epotin can get the levels up to make her more stable to
have surgery or manage her for a while. The signs are consistent
with adrenal disease. Cause excess estrogen and thus toxicity much
like aplastic anemia seen in unspayed females. If we reduce the
hormone stimulation causing it the count can come back up. Hope this
