Subject: [ferrethealth] Saturday I got my first ferret...

I'm excited about learning about this little guy and learning all about
ferrets along the way. I don't have a lot of knowledge yet about them
though when we adopted our cats I didn't know anything but the basics
about them too so I had lots of fun learning and I'm enjoying learning
about ferrets too.
I've noticed that this little guy sneezes a few times a day, is this
something that I should worry about. I know it's not always a good
thing when a cat sneezes (I have a cat who has feline herpes along with
a few other cronic conditions, if you don't know what that is it is
basically a constant cold so I know that when he starts sneezing a lot
it's time for a vet visit) So I'm not sure in the ferret world if
sneezing I would say maybe 5-10 times a day and not sneezing in a row
is something that needs immediate attention. we are planning on in the
next week or 2 taking the ferret to the vet to get checked out and make
sure that he is healthy and all.
any health tips and things to look out for would be greatly appreciated.
