To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I give my ferrets an occasional thawed mouse and they love it.

On the subject of the wild whole prey diet....

We have a 'supply' of wild pigeons in our barn that I would like to
get rid of. They multiply so quickly. Maybe by using them as a food
source for ferret 'treats' it could be beneficial on two levels.

Has anyone used pigeons as food?
