Every once in a while, maybe every 3 weeks or so, I find a green and mucuousy poop left by one of our 3 ferrets, and I don't know which one it is. But, it is infrequent, and the rest of the time all poops look just fine. When it first happened I got concerned and read through the FHL archives, and basically what I found was that unless it's a regular and somewhat frequent occurance, then it's probably not something to worry about. People sometimes have a bad poop day, and so do ferrets. I would suggest discussing it with your vet, especially if it becomes more frequent, but focusing too much on one poop when things are fine the rest of the time doesn't seem to be something to worry about, especially if the ferrets are otherwise healthy and eating well.
