Subject: [ferrethealth] An update on Summer's: 34 days now!

Hello everyone, I just thought I'd give a little update on my girl
with lymphoma, Summer.
34 days ago we started her on 0.3 mLs (in the AM) and 0.15 mLs (in
the PM) of 4 mg/mL prednisone oral suspension, and an herbal formula
called Flor-Essence twice daily in her soup (thank you again to
Becky for recommending that!).
The lymph nodes in her neck are probably half the size of when we
first started this treatment, and her other lymph nodes can hardly
be felt if palpated. Her energy has come back. Most days she dances
with her siblings, hides her toys, and annoys the cats still.
She has tired days too, but she never seems uncomfortable anymore,
and that's what I'm most glad about: she's happy again, and as long
as she's happy, we will enjoy any time we have with her.
So 34 days and I think we've had great success with prednisone and
Flor-Essence. Thank you again to everyone here, everyone is always
so helpful.
