Sure. But 22 gramms equals about 2 slices of an average sized onion, which does not sound that unreal for a ferret to eat like it sounds for a human to eat a whole kilogramm.
What made me say it is that some time ago I came across a "recipe-book" for ferrets, which recommends 1 piece of onion into the food for two ferrets a day. I know people who give this amount regularly with no problem and I also know people whose ferrets died of it or even less.
So I agree it's evident to compare at least to humans, but sometimes it's easy to forget that what is "just a little" for a human, that can be too much for a pet.

22 grams of onion to a 1.5kg ferret would be like 30 pounds of them to
me. I'm sure that if I ate 30# of onions it would at least make me sick.
I'm not a vet.
