Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Swollen Feet, Now Walking Funny?

I honestly don't think he checked for insulinoma but at the time he
really wasn't showing classic symptoms from what I understand. All
his feet became swollen, starting with the back two, and then he had
difficulty walking at all and would lay there, completely alert and
relaxed but with his legs trembling a lot.
Now, his legs are trembling ever so slightly and he is a bit unsteady
on his feet, but he is getting around fine and doesn't seem to be
bothering him. He just seems his usually clumsy self. His gait seems
a little weird to me though, as if his hips were bothering him or
something.
My vet is on vacation and I am wondering if I should monitor until his
appointment on Monday or consider bringing him somewhere else sooner.
I am worried if it is a heart problem I shouldn't wait for him to get
worse.
