I have six ferrets, five from two months old and the sixth one at tad
over two years old and they have had some bad reactions to distemper
but never rapies. I always have them take the two seperately not
together since a one time a "new" but highly recommended vet did not
listen to me and my two oldest started going into shock. I also make
sure my new vet gives them a preshot to help with any reaction to
either shots. Again, no problems with rapies but distemper I still
have trouble so I always waite a minimun of an hour before leaving the
vet after any shots. Hope that helps.
