I would change the 8 in 1 Ultra to 8 in 1 Ultimate, it has a higher protein content and is a better food for your babies. We use 5-6 different foods and find that it works well for us. We have 16 babies. I had one who ate fleece, that was the only cloth that he ate. The vet didn't believe me when I told him cause he thought he would get a blockage. What was amazing was that he never once pooed any and I never found any in the cage and he never got a blockage. He lived to 1 wk before his 7th b'day. He passed from insulinoma and adrenal. I still have some of my fleece jackets that have holes in them and they remind me of him.
Have you tried a spray of white vinegar? Sometimes that works when bitter apple won't, and when you get the bitter apple get the one for dogs it's much stronger. I wish I could help more but we never could get mine to stop eating the fleece. I just didn't put it in his cage anymore.
