Subject: [ferrethealth] Second case of adrenal disease?

I was wondering if the symptoms for a second adrenal disease are the
same as the first? I know from reading about adrenal disease that
sometimes adrenal problems come back after the first adrenal gland is
removed. Are the symptoms usually the same or do they differ? The
reason I ask is because my ferret had adrenal surgery in January of
2006 and this Spring has seemed to lose a lot of muscle mass and is
lethargic and generally unwell. He has been tested for many things
and nothing has come up that is conclusive for anything. He has not
been given another Tennessee Panel however. He is not showing signs
of aggression or hair loss.

I have asked a lot of questions here about this particular ferret so
this thread was really only about what the symptoms are for a second
case of adrenal disease, if they are the same, less obvious or more
obvious, etc.
