You are correct that the 4 month depot (2 miligram vial) price has recently increased. If you order from Professional Arts Pharmacy they have increased their price from $209 to $215.28. I didn't catch the six dollar difference until I got my credit card bill this month as I have them mail the shot directly to my Vet.
My Vet gives the shot between the shoulder blades with no problem and I have been ordering this since 2004.
