In a pinch with reguards to availability, any ground meat product .
I use ground turkey.
Many ferrets enjoy a variety, i had one that adored gound pork. This can be cooked or fed
raw depending on you and the ferrets prefernce.
I regularly make up a 'Mush" consisting of eggs turkey and a few supplements all combined
and frozen in Ice cubes. Easily metered out and stored. Mine enjoy it raw, but it heats very
nicely. Just stir out the lumps.
