Well at least she is still able to poop. And pee? I guess my first concern would be insulinomia. How old is she? Any chance of injury to the back? I guess I would ask the vet to do complete bloodwork, including a CBC and a chemistry panel which includes the glucose level. If not insulinoma, could be back injury or tumor of the spine, which would indicate probably a x-ray of the spine would need to be done. If he has an in-house machine, he could get the glucose level right away. I guess I would hope for insulinoma over the other possibilities. How long has she been losing weight and how much?

Let us know what you find out.
