Subject: [ferrethealth] Insulinoma

I have a 4 yo male just found out he has insulinoma. He's een put on .5
cc of Prednisone twice a day for 7 day then once daily. He wasn't
really the vet I wanted to goto but the only one I could get an
appointment with before next week. He recomended not doing the sugery
as it would be only a short term fix. He said The pred would give him 6
months to 2 years. I hope to do the sugery as soon as I can afford it
and I find the vet I want to do it. My main thing is what do I expect
from here on for Fuzzy, Thats his name. Also what do I do for hairball
remedys ect.
