Here is a link to a site of many common symptoms and possible causes of illnesses in ferrets:

http://www.wuzzles.com/ferrets/documents/symptomsandcauses.htm

If her blood glucose level is low when it is checked at the vet tomorrow, then that in itself is usually the determining factor in beginning treatment for insulinoma. You will also have to look for symptoms of ulcers, as they can be a nasty side effect of the ferret's body being stressed in other ways, such as insulinoma. When ulcers are also present it can worsen the weight loss and complicate the treatment of insulinoma.

If the BG levels are low enough to be causing that much weakness and lethargy, then a seizure could be coming at any time. All the more reason to get her checked out immediately and on proper meds if insulinoma is the diagnosis by your vet.
