My Elvis was diagnosed with dilated cardio back in Oct/06 and put on Furosemide twice a day and Enalapril once a day. The furosemide was stopped after 2 weeks and has been started again about 6 wks ago when he started to cough again. Took him into the vets for a checkup last week and he is doing extremely well, has even maintained his weight. I'm happy and he's happy. This regimen is working well for him.
