Subject: [ferrethealth] new ferret to our home is deaf idea's for training her to come to us?

Hi Everyone,

We noticed when Tink didn't respond to the squeeky toy we use to round
up our other ferrets for treats that she was deaf (also tried clapping
behind her and she didn't react).

does anyone have any suggestion on how to train a deaf ferret to come
for treats/etc? we have been knocking on the wood floor and when she
comes to that we give her a treat. I'm just wondering what others do
with there special loved ones!

thanks,
Wendy
