After looking up bladder stones online I remembered that the first
vet thought maybe it was stones. When we did the first urine test the
Ph and everything came back normal and there were no signs of any
crystals. Besides, I feed him Totally Ferret for Active pet and show
Ferrets, so he is getting high quality ferret food. The only treats
he is allowed to have are Totally Ferret Treats and Ferretone.

Saturday's urine test also came back normal save a litlle blood. The
blood was not visually noticeable.

I do know that you believe it to be adrenal disease but I'm in search
of other possibilities. Especially because the 3 vets and the
ultrasonographer that he's seen do not believe it to be Adrenal.

I recall one vet saying something about maybe either his penis isn't
wide enough to allow the urine to pass through easily or there's a
cyst somewhere in his penis.

The ferret knowledgeable vet wanted to do another ultrasound to check
his bladder but, again, I'm unable to make it up there during the
week Plus I am now in debt because of all this so I don't think I
could afford ANOTHER $375.

Maybe it's a new ailment. You never know. Look at DIM it was only
recently diagnosed.

I've already spent about $1200 + just on him which I don't have so
right now I can't afford surgery and so I'm really hoping that it's
not something that will force me to eventually put him to sleep.
That, and none of the vets around here really even want to touch a
ferret.

I'm sorry for the way I sound. I am just really getting frustrated.
