Well, we are not the only expensive area in the nation, so if a person lives in any of the
places judged to be among the nation's most expensive i think that expecting about $5,000
in vet costs per ferret over a lifetime is a reasonable estimate for an average, whereas less
can be worked into one's careful savings per ferret in less expensive locations.
