Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Scented Carefresh litter

A litter question. I read on a site that Carefresh is an acceptable bedding
for ferrets. What are the opinions here? One of our local pet stores uses it.
I went in today and the ferrets had all been removed because they were
sneezing. This bedding is pink and has a strong "freshening" scent to it. I
wondered if it had contributed to the sneezing and is it really OK to use?
