Well I would use the current ulcer treatment of Biaxin(50mg per kg
once daily) and Amoxi (I use 25-30mg/kg twice daily) for Heliobactor
Gastritis, Carafate to coat the tract, doing so 20min before feeding
and giving other medications. For the Insulinoma I would still use
the prednisolone. Just use the carafate before using the
prednisolone and give the pred with food. While on the antibiotics
you could also consider using a probiotic.

This is what I would do. There is a lot of info in the archives from
other vets, and miamiferret.org has great information on health that
you can send your vet to. Hope this helps.
