Given the slimy mention and no small one possibility on top of what Patty has already
pointed out is that she perhaps passed a mucus plug. Those are sometimes clear, but at
times they pick up coloration. Mucus plugs are normal as long as mucus isn't in most stools
(which indicates irritation). Everyone passes mucus plugs occasionally whether four or two
footed but we tend to not usually notice them.
