Your ferret could have a viral infection - upper respiratory infection - or and I really hope not, but - distemper. Her chances of distemper are increased with your constant proximity to dogs at work.
A vet check is needed here, but if a virus it will have to run its course. With vet approval she can have children's liquid benedryl to help with the runny nose and congestion.
