Rocket is an adorable name. :)
A swollen vulva is one most common signs of adrenal disease in

^Hopefully that will provide some info, though don't rule anything
out before talking to your vet. If it does turn out to be adrenal
disease, hang in there. It's tough stuff but you can get through it.
