Remember that there are laws which govern the reallocation
and mailing/posting of prescription medications, both laws
within countries and laws between countries. The latter is
more complicated. The former, in the U.S., anyway, means
going vet to vet, or physician to physician.
It would probably be best for you to find a rescue or person
that is not overseas and then asking your vet how the
medication can be shifted legally.
The choice is yours to make, obviously, but I figured that a
reminder that such laws exist could help you, It's a topic
we've had to post heads-up notes about from time to time.
