Dr Purcell is correct--

AlLo there is a slim chance your young female ferret may be dealing with a
STUMP PYOMETRA from an incomplete sterilization procedure.. In the course
of sheltering over the years, I have seen this scenario present itself
several times. It mocks adrenal symptoms. If the infection continues a
full exploratory surgery will be needed!
