You can't treat anything until it is diagnosed. Your vet is saying he thinks definitely NOT adrenal.. so I'm still thinking it sounds like an infection and YES the prostate can have problems without the adrenal being invovled. WHY? who knows - that is for the medical professionals to find out and decide.

Did the vet put him on an antibiotic? Don't give up - chin up girl.. you're momma and he needs you to remain upbeat.
