My first ferret Sally used to get a long walk every day in mixed
grass and woodland. She would eat anything she found that
was moving, earthworms, spiders, moths etc. I once saw her
trap a fly against a window pane with a paw and eat it. All
with no ill effects apart from trouble spitting out spider legs.

In memory of Sally and Sue.
