I doubt there is any risk of that. In the first place, insect
larvae with ectoskeletons die rapidly once the ectoskeleton
is badly ruptured as teeth do. In the second place, stomach
acid would rapidly do a number on them if any were not bitten
(unlikely with a ferret).
