Hi Jeff;
You do have another choice. If she has not be given any flea treatments such as Advantage you can get the large cat vial of Revolution to treat for the ear mites. The large cat vial is the recommended one to also give Heartworm prevention.
If she is on another HW preventative you should be able to use the small cat vial for just fleas and ear mites, but not if she has been treated within the last couple of weeks with the other. The point would be not to overtreat her.
