Could you, please, type in all of the test results? Some are best
understood in proportion to others.

Also, could you, please, say if any imaging was done, including of
the chest.

Please, describe condition in more detail, including more info on
fecal appearance, and on the noise and if the noise stops when he is
held with his neck and upper body vertical.

That lowering blood glucose is a real worry. Has Diazoxide been
tried, and until it is under control is dietary supplementation of
sugars being done? I realize that isn't the usual approach but we
found it essential when we had a ferret who had lymphoma in her
pancreas. She needed it throughout her remaining months because meds
just were not sufficient. We were able to supply pretty much
constant supervision for her, though.

IMPORTANT: What type of Pred is being given? Prednisone or
Prednisolone? If his liver has been compromised then Prednisone may
not work. We have encountered that in the past; in fact, one of ours
who had severe IBD and GI tract malformations had no response to
Prednisone at all, but Prednisolone was a great drug for him. If you
have been using Prednisone then instead try Prednisolone. The liver
converts Prednisone to Prednisolone before the body can use it, so if
the liver even might be compromised it pays to try Prednisolone instead.
