Yes, Lupron is frozen until it can be used for the "next ferret." Of course, it is warmed up before it is injected. Hanneke Moorman also does this and had been treated one of my female ferrets for adrenal disease.

As in risks with using Lupron until you find a surgeon to peform adrenal sugery..... I beleeve it would depend on the difficulty your ferret is having urinating. He may be in pain if he is not producing a "stream"of urine. a complete blokkage is of course life threatening.
